U10 and U12 age groups are full.

- All practices and games are at Coronado Cays Park - Coronado California.
- CYSL Rec Soccer is an intra club league for age groups Micro to U12 - we play all of our own teams.
- Rec soccer is open to boys and girls with birth years of 2019 – 2012
- SEASON practices will begin the week of March 4, 2024
- All practices occur Monday through Friday.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR U10 and U12 (BIRTH YEAR 2012-2013, 2014-2015)
- For the U10 and U12 age groups we will host team placement sessions to assemble the teams.
- This age group is co-ed. Team assembly sessions are Feb 27 and 29th, 4 - 5:30 PM
Practice Info
- Micros and U8s - one day per week for one hour
- U10 and U12- two days per week for one hour
Game Info
- All games are on SATURDAYS between 8 AM and 12 PM at the Coronado Cays
- Games begin March 16, 2024
- Last game May 18, 2024
Team Info
- Teams are assembled by CYSL Director of Rec Soccer, Mr. Chong Hunter.
- Once teams are finalized, your volunteer coach will email you with your practice day and time.
- Any special requests or questions, email rec@coronadoyouthsoccerleague.com.
- We will do our best to honor ONE coach or friend request per player but there are no guarantees. Requests to play up or play down must be approved by the Director of Rec Soccer.
- WE NEED VOLUNTEER COACHES! If you are interested in coaching, please contact Chong Hunter at rec@coronadoyouthsoccerleague.com.
Age Groups:
- Under 6: U6 (Micros) (born in 2018-2019 ) play 4 v 4 (two side by side fields)
- Under 8: U8 (born in 2016-2017) play 7 v 7
- Under 10 : U10 (born in 2014-2015) play 7 v 7 ( FULL - please email us to be placed on waitlist)
- Under 12: U12 (born in 2012-2013) play 9 v 9. ( FULL - please email us to be placed on waitlist)
Age Groups and Fees for Spring Rec 2024
- Micros - 2018-2019 - $175.00
- U8 - 2016-2017 - $225.00
- U10 - 2014-2015- $275.00
- U12 - 2012-2013 - $275.00
What's Included in Fee:
- Uniform - Player jersey, shorts, and socks
- Picture package
- Field set up and take down
A Military discount is available for rank E7 and below. A copy of the LES must be submitted to Chong Hunter. The military discount is $50.00 per player if approved. All families must pay in full online. If the request is approved, we will refund the $50.00 to your credit card on file. Please allow 7-14 days for the request to be approved and for the credit to be applied. We will notify via email of the approval and the credit once processed.
